FOOTPRINT PLASTIC POLLUTER PLAYOFFS SWEEPSTAKES

This Footprint Plastic Playoffs Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Footprint International, LLC (“Footprint” or “Sponsor”), having an address at 250 E. Germann Rd., Gilbert, AZ 85297. Except as modified by the Sweepstakes Terms herein, the Footprint Contests and Sweepstakes Standard Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) available at https://www.footprintus.com/contests-terms-and-conditions govern this Sweepstakes. These Sweepstakes Terms and the General Terms are collectively the “Official Rules.”

In event of a conflict between these Sweepstakes Terms and the General Terms, these Sweepstakes Terms will control.

Sweepstakes Terms

1. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, and the District of Columbia, and excludes residents of AK, HI, and Puerto Rico. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, or distributors, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of (i) these Official Rules; (ii) Footprint’s Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”); and (iii) any applicable third-party terms, including any terms related to the use of any social media platform related to this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to Twitter and Instagram. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Limit one prize per person and per household. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
   
   
2. Promotion Period: Unless terminated or extended by Sponsor, this Sweepstakes begins on April 28, 2022 and continues through June 2, 2022 at 11:59PM EST (“Promotion Period”). Proof of entry transmission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes and determines the order of receipt of entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend this Sweepstakes for any reason in its sole discretion. In such case, Sponsor will select the winner(s) from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor does not assume liability for lost chances of winning.
   
   
3. Prizes: Two (2) individual entrants will be awarded the following Prize: (i) two (2) tickets to a Phoenix Suns home game at Footprint Center during the 2022-2023 NBA regular season (the date of which the prize winners will have a reasonable opportunity to select from among approximately twenty eligible games): approximate value $150; (ii) round-trip economy airfare to Phoenix for two (2) (excluding residents of Arizona): approximate value $1000; and two (2) nights lodging at Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Downtown or comparable lodging as may be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion: approximate value $400 (“Prize”). Prizes will be awarded only if the entrant fully complies with these Official Rules. All Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. Prizes pictured in any advertising or promotions are for illustrative purposes only. All details and other restrictions of the Prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No cash alternative or substitution of the Prize will be allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize of comparable value, if the Prize is unavailable for any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
   
   
4. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, an individual can enter this Sweepstakes by complying with all entry instructions indicated in Footprint’s social media post(s), which are as follows: follow @planetfootprint on Instagram and/or Twitter, and complete at least one of the following actions: (i) Tag a friend in the comments, (ii) Screenshot the bracket image posted in social media, fill it in with your picks for which plastics you believe are worse for our planet and our health, repost and tag @planetfootprint; or (iii) vote on a match up in a @planetfootprint Instagram story or Twitter feed. Each entrant may only enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time, during the Promotion Period. Entrants must only use a personal account controlled by the entrant. Entrants reasonably believed to be using use multiple accounts to enter this Sweepstakes will be disqualified. All entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. Sponsor is not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions, or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
5. Alternative Method of Entry: Entrants do not have to complete social media entry actions to win a Prize. To enter without completing the entry requirements set forth in Section 4, print and complete the bracket during the Promotion Period and email promotions@footprintus.com with an email subject “Plastic Playoffs Sweepstakes Entry” and include your complete name, mailing address, and phone number. Entrants may only enter via one method of entry.
   
   
6. Selection: Two Prize winners will be randomly selected by Sponsor by a random drawing on or about June 6, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. MST or within two weeks after end of the Promotion Period. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL.
   
   
7. Privacy Policy: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
   
   
8. Limitation of Liability. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, THE ENTRANT AGREES TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF FOOTPRINT, WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM AMBIGUITY IN THE RULES, AND AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS FOOTPRINT, THE PHOENIX SUNS, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM, AND ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY EACH OF THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASEES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, OR ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NONUSE OF THE PRIZE THAT MAY BE AWARDED.
