Biography
Senior Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain Doug Parker is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in the manufacturing and packaging industry. Doug brings his wealth of expertise to provide strategic oversight for Footprint’s manufacturing and supply chain operations in Mexico and Poland.
Before joining Footprint in 2023, Doug Parker enjoyed a distinguished 30+ year career at Ball Corporation, where he held a series of pivotal roles that showcased his leadership and commitment to operational excellence. His roles at Ball included operations, general management, quality assurance, lean practices, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS). Notably, he served as the Vice President of Manufacturing, where he successfully led multiple manufacturing sites across North and Central America, demonstrating his ability to drive operational success on a significant scale.
Prior to his role as VP of Manufacturing, Doug Parker also served as the President of Ball Argentina in Latin America. Throughout his career at Ball Corporation, Doug was known for his unwavering dedication to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Doug holds a Bachelor in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Ball State University.
